How Technology is helping to make things better and supporting the Equine Industry with Kait Lindner
Sometimes it can seem like the world is changing so fast with new technology and innovations happening almost daily. However if we can learn how to use technology to make our rides better and help each other it can be a very useful tool. One such tool that is helping riders be able to track their training runs and earnings as well as feel confident and encouraged to keep progressing forward is the Saddl app developed and created by Kait Lindner.
In this week's episode, Kait and I talk all about the spark that motivated her create Saddl, how she hopes it will benefit all riders and in the future and how technology doesn't have to be something we are scared of. It can be used as a very useful tool to organize our data, videos and improve our riding and way of life. Something that technology can never replace is feel and the connection we build with our horses.
It's easy to look at AI and things like Chatgpt and feel worried about tech replacing us, but the horse industry will always be here and horses will always be around. As Kait and I discuss in the episode.
I believe the Saddl app and other technology like it is a great example of how we can use technology to be more innovative to improve how things are done in the industry and help others improve in their riding and shows.
