Fulfilling Dreams for Cowgirl Businesswomen with Bossmares Ellen Bell & Cowgirl Manifesto Author Marissa Burger

Are you ready to leg up in your business, but are looking for some support? Well, then this is the episode you have been waiting for. I had the honor of talking with two incredible ladies who love sharing and talking about how Bossmares can and has changed the lives of many women in the western and equine industries with their business and educational ventures.

Board member Ellen Bell shares all about the application process for the grant program, what they are looking for in applicants and what Bossmares means to her personally. The application process is also a great way to gain a clear idea of what your goals and dreams are

for what you want to see for your business. Help you gain confidence in yourself to pursue what you truly love and want to do! Help you answer the question, "What are you aiming to do?"

While Marissa Burger, a 2024 grant recipient shares all about how Cowgirl Manifesto started, what receiving a grant meant to her and what she was able to do with the funds, and how Bossmares changed her life through the connections she has made with other women.

Another important aspect of Bossmares and the grants that needs to be mentioned and that we also discuss in this episode are the incredible donors and the ways to donate to Bossmares. As we know without the support from donors none of this would be possible.

Since Bossmares was founded they have

already changed the lives of so many women from the grants and from the networking opportunities at the Lead the Herd Workshop. From your continued support they can help so many more cowgirl entrepreneurs. I hope through this episode you are inspired to take the next step and apply for a grant today! Bossmares has already awarded over 20 recipients with grants of up to $5,000.

Applications due March 31st.
